How long does my order take to ship?

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — thank you for understanding!

What is your policy for returns?

We want you to love every product you receive from Iowa Girl & Co! Due to the nature of our handmade bath and body products, all sales are final for sanitary and safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product — please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

Customized Items

All custom orders (tumblers, apparel, etc.) are non-refundable. Please double-check all spelling, colors, and design choices before submitting your order.
